The general program includes courses in fluid and solid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, energy systems, instrumentation, mechanical design, manufacturing, controls and system integration. Emphasis is placed in an appropriate combination of theoretical and experimental instruction to enable students to carry-out engineering projects in mechanical engineering that cover concurrent engineering design practices.
